Today I’m wearing a white blouse with a touch of embroidery for a boho vibe by Comptoire de Cotonniers, Polo Ralph Lauren utility pants, a Zadig and Voltaire scarf, a ruck sack style bag by Martine Sitbone and jewelry from my own made range – Costa Chica…this is available from Twist Boutique, Marbella or enquire direct.
As always I expect my clothes to be versatile and to last the course of several seasons. My mantra ‘buy what you love’ holds good almost 95% of the time. Mistakes I sell through on-line resale sites such as Vestiaire Collective. Sarah x
As you can see from these posts the easy trick for instant style is to wear layers that you can quickly strip off as the temperature rises. Soon it will be time for a pedicure here in Spain…and the switch from boots to sandals…the later being at the top of my shopping list for next month!!
Today’s outfit shows my style philosophy perfectly. Buy what you love! And keep it until it falls apart! I don’t care if something is ‘Designer’ or high street. I have a magpie eye and if I’m drawn to something I invariably love it for ever. With big ticket items I have to allow a cooling off period…if I still NEED it, and its still available, I buy. Most items in my wardrobe are testament to this philosophy being proof to mistakes. Most of my favourite things have defo earned their keep in cost per wear!
