Looking over the photos I’ve selected for this post I seem to have been in a rather pensive mood ;( ….must remember to smile next time! Its harder than you think when there is no photographer standing by to encourage you…yep its a selfie!
I love a long cardi for throwing over a t-shirt and pants for a relaxed daytime look.I’ve knotted the tee to take up excess material, and to give a hi-low line to a normal square shape tee. The pants are also old…I still love the patch pockets and the grommets on these ones from #zadig&voltaire A toning scarf, here carried with the bag as the weather is still a trifle warm for wearing. The bag is from #alexanderwang…this one scored on sale from #theoutnet ;DMy sunglasses are well loved from #carrera and I’ve styled my look with random handful of pendants and rings. I’m wearing grey suede #adidas sneakers on my feet.
Baby Boomer speaks for itself, yes I am a woman of a certain age ;) Why Badass? I have Rock & Roll in my DNA, coupled with some Punk Attitude and a (Lovin) Spoonful of Hippie Chic. Altogether BABB ;O
The blog is not intended to be age specific, or indeed age appropriate! It is more about my style philosophy. The blog is to help girls and women of all ages to become more confident in expressing who they are through the way they dress. Mine are style tips and tricks based on years of styling, and an extensive knowledge of the fashion industry. My shopping advice is suitable for those with a limited budget, those who are strapped for cash, and for the lucky ones who have cash to splash. Personally I mix it up, marrying high street with high end to achieve my unique look. I hope that you will enjoy my new blog, Sarah x

I LOVE this look! That cardigan is amazing and the layers of neutrals underneath coordinate beautifully with it.
